MageKing17 figured out the pattern, and these are the very likely prices for each HAR.

When you sell a HAR:
  * Sell all upgrades for 85% of base value (Unlike normal sell value of 70%)
  * Then sell the old HAR for 85% of base value, in trade.
  * Enhancements have no value.
  * Buy the new HAR at base cost.

  * Pyros no upgrades, Endurance 1, health 172: repair min 250
  * You can repair more than you have health
    * By enemy hitting you with more damage than health left
    * This seems to account for the semi random numbers
  
Not affected by:
  * Difficulty Setting
  * Opponent Upgrades (not directly)
  * Power/Agility Stats
  * Money

Affected by:
  * Endurance Stat
  * Bot base health
  * Upgrades increasing TotalWorth
