Acquaint/Standard wish: Just use whenever you got 10. Will give you random stuff, no featured.

• Any 4star unit
• Any 4star weapon (non event/banner specific)

Intertwined/Character wish: Save up and use (in 10s) when there is a banner that has featured units you want (either 4s or 5s). This is the main way to target at what you want. Also guarantees units for the 5s drops.
